Ordering, Delivery & Returns
You can buy products from us online, or by telephone. After you have placed an order online, you receive a Worldpay email confirmation for the transaction amount and one from us confirming your order list. If an item is out of stock we will notify you within 24 hours of receipt of the order.
You can pay with all major credit and debit cards, including American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Solo or Delta. All transactions are processed using a secure server.
All our prices on our website are displayed and processed in British pounds.
Delivery: Postage - general & UK
Unless free shipping is indicated at checkout, the minimum delivery charge for UK Mainland deliveries is £4.95. Please note that we send all our deliveries via recorded and signed-for delivery. If no one is available at the delivery address to sign for the goods, the delivery company will leave a card. You can simply call the number on the card quoting the card reference number to re-arrange delivery at a more suitable time. If the delivery company is unable to deliver and you do not contact them within 48 hours, the courier will charge you a £12 re-delivery charge. Once your order has been shipped you cannot cancel it and our return policy will apply. If your item doesn't arrive when expected, please get in touch and we will investigate.
Estimated delivery times for ready-to-buy products:
1. UK Mainland: 3 - 7 working days
2. EU countries: 5 - 10 working days
3. USA and Canada: 5 - 14 working days

If you wish to change an order just after you have placed it, email us immediately on email@example.com or call us at +44 (0)207 254 4744 and we will endeavour to help.
Any purchases of our products through our website that are in the SALE are non refundable, this may also apply on a product by product basis for instance, our rugs are made to order, and therefore non refundable once purchased through our website. In these circumstances If you are not happy with your purchase, we will issue a credit note on receipt of the product being returned in perfect condition.
Duties and Taxes
Orders shipped to destinations outside the UK and the EU may incur duties and taxes, which may be due at the time of delivery. These are not calculated during checkout and are not collected by Ella Doran Design Ltd (If you are sending a gift, the recipient may be responsible for these amounts). You may want to consult your local customs office for more details about duties and taxes.
If the item is out of stock or needs to be made, we will notify you within 24 hours on receipt of the order. Worldwide delivery times will vary. We will not be held liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. Please contact us as soon as possible if your item doesn't arrive when expected, and we will investigate.

Email address – so we can email you order confirmations, delivery delays, offers etc
Delivery address – an obvious one
Telephone number – we’ll only call if we have a delivery problem
Credit card details – we only ask for these when you place an order
When you buy the items you have selected, your browser makes a connection to the secure section of our website which is provided by Shopify, and will indicate this by showing a security padlock icon. This means that no-one can intercept your details. Elladoran.co.uk does not store your financial information.
