Designer Ella Doran launches ‘Flower Power’ roller blind range - and partners with leading-edge florists Rebel Rebel for London Design Festival

Designer Ella Doran has announced the launch of a brand-new range of roller blinds entitled Flower Power, which will be available from 1 September 2021. The new collection, joining her established, made-to-measure range, is made up of two mini collections – Floral Portraits, a series inspired by the great Dutch floral still life paintings of the late 17th and early 18th centuries and Floral Bursts, which feature a slightly more informal series of arrangements. The images were all shot and composed by Ella Doran, in her Hackney-based Studio. There are four new blind designs in each mini-collection, making eight in the overall series.

As part of London Design Festival’s Shoreditch Design Triangle event, Ella has also announced a new collaboration with Hackney based florist Rebel Rebel at their Mare Street Market store in London E8, part of the buzzing Mare Street retail and market scene. For one day only - Saturday 18th September 2021 - Ella will be based instore and customers can drop in and browse the new collection with her, as well as bringing photos of their own homes and windows in to see how different designs from the collection would look in situ. Rebel Rebel will be further celebrating the collaboration by installing new bespoke roller blinds in their store windows which were specially created by Ella.
