Ordering, Delivery & Returns

You can buy products from us online, or by telephone. Soon after an order is placed, you will receive a worldpay email confirmation for the transaction amount. Once we accept your order, we will send you an email confirmation once the goods have been despatched.

You can pay by American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Solo or Delta. All transactions are processed using a secure server.

The prices displayed on our website are in British pounds.

We aim to deliver within the UK in 7 - 10 working days. Worldwide delivery times vary. We will not be held liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. Please contact us as soon as possible if your item doesn't arrive when expected, and we will investigate.

If you are unhappy with your purchase, for whatever reason, please return the goods to us in a re-saleable condition by recorded delivery - within 30 days - for a full refund. (We will pay return postage costs too if we are at fault). This does not apply to our custom-made blinds.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, but do not affect your statutory rights.

We do our utmost to ensure that the prices displayed on our website are correct. However we reserve the right to validate those prices before we process your order.

We will not accept liability for any errors in the description of goods on the website, and can change those descriptions at any time. We will however do our utmost to correct any problems as soon as we become aware of them.
